The Gospel “Blimp” International Deliverance Ministries began when Evangelist Harris was incarcerated at the Wall Unit in Huntsville, Texas in 1984. Somewhere after midnight while he was sleeping, The Spirit of The Lord come to him and woke him up. There were two Angel’ on the left & right, one was a Warrior Angel with a sword in one hand and the other Angel’s hand had The Word of God, as Harris looked toward the ceiling he saw blue & white sky as a vision of the word “Blimp” come out his Spirit. At that moment The Lord did not reveal everything just yet.

Another time Evangelist Harris was working on an Angel Tree Project in December of 1989. The Spirit of The Lord come upon Harris when he was on a ladder 20 feet in the air, painting light poles for the church, as he was looking to ward the sky he saw all nationalities and denominations. The sky was blue and white and the word “Blimp” filled with people of different lifestyles, ex offenders, homeless men and women inside of the “Blimp” going straight to Heaven.

“Blimp” has a very consistent schedule of going into prisons to minister to the spiritual needs of those behind prison walls and families.
